Potrero Hill




Someone once described Potrero Hill as the Brooklyn of San Francisco.  For those who've lived in NYC, that proposition may at first, seem ludicrous.  However spend some time here, and it starts to make sense. The industrial lower part of Potrero Hill gives way to a mish mash of single family residences, new and old apartments, parks, tennis courts, a quaint commercial strip, music venues, great local bars, highway overpasses..and the best views of downtown and the surrounding bay.  With some dense brick buildings, a view of the bridge, and decent pizza to boot?...Yeah, it could seem a bit Brooklyn-esque.
